We are seeking an International Patient Coordinator to manage the end-to-end journey of international patients traveling to India for world-class medical treatments. In this dual-impact role, you will build strategic partnerships with B2B medical tourism facilitators while serving as the welcoming face and primary clinical coordinator for patients visiting from the Americas, Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Journey & On-Ground Operations

- Serve as the primary, high-touch point of contact for international patients from initial inquiry through treatment completion and post-care follow-up.
- Handle inbound patient inquiries across WhatsApp, email, social platforms, and website submissions, explaining treatment packages, inclusions, and clinical outcomes clearly.
- Schedule virtual consultations with doctors and medical clinical teams.
- Manage end-to-end travel logistics, including arranging visa support letters, air travel guidance, hotel accommodation, and airport pick-ups/local transportation.
- Provide direct, on-ground support to patients during clinical visits to ensure a premium, comfortable, and seamless experience.

2. B2B Partnership Development

- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with international medical tourism facilitators,



patient referral networks, travel partners, and healthcare consultants.
- Present our medical offerings, specialized treatment packages, and partnership terms to B2B stakeholders to drive qualified patient referrals.
- Track lead pipelines, update records in the CRM, and compile weekly partnership performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must-Have:

- 1–3 years of experience in Medical Tourism, Healthcare Coordination, Aviation, or Premium Hospitality (Front Office/Guest Relations).
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with global patients.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills with a high-empathy customer service mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (degree in Healthcare Administration, Tourism, or Business is a plus).
- Comfortable working full-time on-site in Madhapur, Hyderabad, with flexibility to coordinate local arrivals.

Good-to-Have:
- Fluency in additional foreign languages (Arabic, French, or Spanish) is highly preferred.
- Prior experience working with international clients or a strong understanding of diverse cultural sensitivities.
- Familiarity with aesthetic procedures, dermatology, or hair restoration (comprehensive internal training will be provided).
