As Aarnell continues to expand its presence across colleges in Pune, we are looking for someone who can represent us and build meaningful relationships with students and institutions.

About the Role

We are looking for an International Education Associate to lead Aarnell’s student engagement and business development efforts across colleges in Pune.

You will be the face of Aarnell on campus - building relationships with college stakeholders, engaging students, conducting counselling sessions and converting interested students into Aarnell students.

The role involves a combination of student counselling, institutional relationship management, outreach, follow-ups and sales, with significant interaction across our partner college network.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent Aarnell across colleges and build strong relationships with Deans, TPOs, faculty, student leaders and management.
- Engage with students through one-on-one counselling, group sessions, seminars, workshops and webinars.
- Understand students' academic, career and international education goals and provide relevant guidance.
- Generate and qualify student leads through college engagement and other outreach initiatives.
- Follow up with prospective students and drive conversions into Aarnell's programs.




- Maintain consistent communication with students and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the decision-making process.
- Coordinate and execute student engagement activities across colleges.
- Represent Aarnell at relevant educational events and networking opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with colleges to create long-term student engagement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling conversations, follow-ups and conversions.
- Stay updated on international education trends, destinations, admission processes and student opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in overseas education, education consulting, student counselling, business development or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of international education and major study destinations.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with students as well as senior college stakeholders.
- Strong counselling, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with follow-ups, targets and converting prospective students into paying clients.
- Proactive, organised and able to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, CRM or other digital tools.
- Willingness to travel across Pune for college meetings and student engagement is mandatory.
- A student-first mindset with the ability to learn, adapt and grow with the organisation.
