Assistant Officer - International Marketing (Backend Operations)

Position Summary The Assistant Officer - International Marketing - will be responsible for providing end-to-end backend operational support to the international sales and marketing team. The role involves coordination with customers, internal departments, logistics, documentation teams, and overseas stakeholders to ensure seamless order execution, customer servicing, and business support activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage international customer orders from order receipt to dispatch and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, exports, and finance teams for timely execution of orders.
- Prepare and maintain export documentation, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customer correspondence.
- Track shipment schedules, dispatch status, payment follow-ups, and customer requirements.
- Maintain customer databases, sales MIS, order trackers, and monthly reports.
- Support the international marketing team in quotation preparation, sample coordination, and customer communication.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.




- Coordinate with overseas customers and agents regarding order status and documentation requirements.
- Follow-ups on payments.
- Ensure compliance with export procedures and company policies.

Required Qualifications

- Any bachelor's degree

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in International Marketing Backend Operations.
- Mandatory experience in Packaging Films Manufacturing Industry.
- Experience in export documentation, customer coordination, order management, and sales support functions.
