Role Description The International Client Relationship Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with global maritime clients. In this position, the specialist will serve as a primary point of contact, responding to client inquiries, coordinating with internal technical and consulting teams, and ensuring timely delivery of information and services. Day-to-day tasks include tracking client requests, supporting onboarding and follow-up activities,



monitoring client satisfaction, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve service quality.

The role also involves preparing client-facing communication, assisting with documentation and reports, and maintaining accurate records in relevant systems and tools. The specialist will collaborate closely with international stakeholders to uphold service standards and contribute to the continuous enhancement of the client experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and customer support skills, with a focus on building trust and long-term client relationships.
- Ability to drive customer satisfaction through attentive follow-up, issue resolution, and proactive engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear spoken and written English for interaction with international clients.
- Solid analytical skills to understand client needs, interpret data, and support problem-solving and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, management, maritime studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in client-facing roles, ideally in maritime, logistics, consulting, or other international service environments.
- Proficiency with standard office software and CRM or client management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural setting, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
