Digital Mitro Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented International Business Development Executives to join our international sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients in the US market and promoting our website development and digital marketing services.

Freshers and experienced candidates with excellent English communication skills and an interest in international sales are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential business clients in the US market through outbound calls and emails.
- Promote website development, website redesign, SEO, social media marketing, PPC, and other digital marketing services.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.




- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare daily sales and performance reports.

Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in communicating with international clients.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work during US business hours.

Salary and Incentives
- Fixed salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
- Additional performance-based sales incentives.
- Prospect to develop international sales and business development skills.
