Required Skills

- Experience in Internal Audit and Risk Advisory.
- Strong understanding of risk and control framework
- Knowledge of internal controls, compliance, and governance.
- Experience in process reviews, control testing, and audit documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and report preparation.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with Big 4 firms or reputed consulting and qualified services organizations.
- Exposure to sectors such as Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, Pharma, Infrastructure, Telecom, or other non-financial industries.
- Familiarity with IFC, governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
