? Experience: 5–7 Years

? Qualification: CA Qualified / MBA

? Industry: Banking / NBFC

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage internal audits, risk management, compliance, and process controls.
- Draft policies, regulatory guidelines, and process documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting and submissions.
- Identify risks, audit gaps, and recommend control improvements.
- Coordinate with Compliance and cross-functional teams to implement regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports and perform data analysis using Advanced Excel.

Requirements:

- Post qualification of CA or MBA 5–7 years of relevant experience in Banking / NBFC with Internal audit & Risk Management.
- Strong expertise in policy drafting,



regulatory implementation, and process documentation.
- Experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, or Quality Assurance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Team management experience will be an added advantage.
