Function: Internal Audit / Risk & Business Assurance

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 8–10 years of post-qualification experience

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

We are looking for an experienced Internal Audit professional to manage risk-based audits across manufacturing plants, corporate functions and business processes. The role involves identifying control gaps, assessing business risks, interacting with senior stakeholders and ensuring timely closure of audit observations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute risk-based internal audits across plants and corporate functions.
- Assess risks, internal controls, IFC compliance and adherence to company policies.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, financial risks and non-compliance.
- Prepare audit observations and reports with root causes, business impact and corrective actions.
- Discuss findings with Plant Heads, Functional Heads and process owners.
- Monitor CAPA implementation,



validate evidence and ensure timely closure of audit points.
- Track overdue and repeat observations and escalate critical issues.
- Conduct special audits, investigations and reviews of subsidiaries/JVs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and data analytics.

Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 8–10 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit, Risk, Controls or Assurance.
- Solid hands-on experience in independent audit planning and execution.
- Preferred experience in automotive, auto ancillary, engineering or manufacturing.
- Exposure to multi-location plant audits, ERP-based audits and listed-company environments.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across manufacturing locations in India.
