TeliQ Health is a healthcare technology startup working to simplify healthcare access for patients and improve clinic operations through digital solutions such as appointment booking, teleconsultation, and clinic management software.

We're looking for a curious, proactive, and research-oriented Marketing Research Intern to identify customer needs, and develop effective strategies for clinic onboarding and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research on clinics, doctors, and healthcare service providers across Kochi Ernakulam.

- Research pricing, features, and market positioning of clinic softwares.
- Identify challenges faced by clinics in appointment management, patient queues, and clinic operations.
- Contact clinic owners and staff to gather feedback and validate customer needs.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clinic partners.
- Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and pricing opportunities.
- Prepare market research reports and actionable recommendations.
- Support marketing strategy development and identify opportunities for TeliQ's launch and growth.

Who We're Looking For

- Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related fields.

- Strong communication and research skills.
- Interest in startups, healthcare technology,



and digital marketing.
- Valuable analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Comfortable communicating with clinic owners and healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Malayalam and English is preferred.
- Prior experience is not mandatory; a willingness to learn and take initiative matters most.

Internship Details

- Position: Marketing Research Intern

- Duration: 2 months
- Location: Kochi , Kerala
- Work arrangement: will be discussed
- Stipend: ₹8,000 per month.
- Travel allowance - Based on Commute
