Product Development (Life Insurance):

To support the Product Development team in building an AI enabled Product Intelligence capability by creating structured repositories, benchmarking frameworks, AI-ready datasets and knowledge assets. These assets will help reduce manual effort in recurring market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, current launch tracking, IRR comparison, term premium benchmarking, product gap analysis and product innovation insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Create structured competitor intelligence repositories across Term, Savings, Retirement, Annuity and Rider product categories.
- Develop AI-ready datasets and knowledge assets to support Product AI Agents and future automation initiatives.
- Design frameworks for new launch tracking, competitor benchmarking and product gap analysis.
- Support creation of IRR benchmarking structures for Savings and Annuity products.
- Support creation of premium benchmarking structures for Term Insurance products.
- Build templates and dashboard structures for ongoing market intelligence reporting.
- Organize and standardize product information to support AI-led insights and future automation.




- Assist in preparation of product intelligence reports and management presentations.
