We are looking for a highly motivated intern to support HR Transformation initiatives by analyzing HR business processes, documenting requirements, and designing a comprehensive Harness Engineering Framework. The role combines solid technical skills, business analysis and process engineering to drive AI automation-ready and scalable HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Study and map end-to-end HR processes across Talent Acquisition, Core HR, Learning, Performance, Compensation, and Employee Lifecycle.
- Design and maintain workflow diagrams, requirements traceability, and harness engineering artifacts.
- Analyze HR data and system integrations to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR, Product, and Technology teams to define future-state processes and AI automations.
