Role Description The Intermediate Graphic Designer is a full-time remote role responsible for creating visual assets that support Superfan.ng’s product, brand, and marketing initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include designing in-app graphics, illustrations, icons, and layouts for quizzes and learning experiences. The role also involves collaborating with product, content, and marketing teams to develop cohesive brand visuals for social media, campaigns, and presentations.

The designer will refine and maintain brand guidelines, ensure consistency across all touchpoints,



and deliver high-quality assets on schedule. The role requires interpreting creative briefs, iterating on feedback, and contributing ideas that enhance user engagement and cultural storytelling.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital product and marketing work.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout, with attention to readability and visual hierarchy.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalents).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills and openness to feedback.
- Understanding of or interest in African cultures, languages, and storytelling is highly beneficial.
- Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
