Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Coordinator with a strong background in Interior Fit-Out, Turnkey, and Commercial Interior Projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects from planning to final handover, ensuring timely execution, budget control, quality standards, and seamless coordination among clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.

The candidate should possess excellent project management skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

- Lead and manage interior fit-out and turnkey projects from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, quality standards, and budget.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.
- Manage project risks, challenges, and operational issues proactively.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress updates.
- Understand client requirements and ensure successful execution as per approved designs and specifications.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Site & Execution Management
- Supervise site execution teams, contractors, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor daily activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and project compliance requirements.
- Resolve site-level issues efficiently to avoid project delays.





Vendor & Procurement Coordination
- Coordinate with procurement teams for timely sourcing and delivery of materials.
- Evaluate vendor performance and manage subcontractor execution.
- Ensure materials and resources are available as per project schedules.
- Monitor procurement costs and optimize project expenditures.

Budget & Cost Management
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost reports.
- Track project expenses and ensure financial control throughout execution.
- Review contractor bills, vendor invoices, and project-related expenditures.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation including BOQs, contracts, work orders, approvals, change requests, and project reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for management.
- Ensure proper record keeping and project closure documentation.

Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor project coordinators, site supervisors, and execution teams.
- Allocate responsibilities and ensure accountability across project stakeholders.
- Foster a cooperative and performance-driven work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team coordination meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out, Commercial Interiors, Hospitality, Retail, or Turnkey Projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and site execution processes.
- Excellent knowledge of BOQ preparation, budgeting, estimation, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
