About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Interior Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at our interior project sites.

Freshers from any domain are welcome to apply! No prior design or construction experience is required. If you are enthusiastic, proactive, and genuinely interested in hands-on field work, we will train you on the job.

What You Will Do

- Supervise daily activities at interior project sites (carpentry, painting, electrical, tile work, etc.).
- Coordinate with workers, designers, and vendors to keep the project moving smoothly.
- Make sure all work meets quality standards and gets done on time.
- Track site materials and prevent waste.
- Provide daily progress updates to the team.

Who We Are Looking For

- Open to freshers from any educational background or degree.
- Strong interest and willingness to do active field work / site visits.




- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Quick learner who takes initiative and solves problems on-site.
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn how to read design plans and drawings.
