Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interiors – Designer / Consultant role based in Coimbatore. The professional in this position will meet with clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and functional requirements, translating them into customized kitchen and interior design solutions. Daily responsibilities include developing layout plans, preparing design concepts and presentations, coordinating FF&E; selections, and producing detailed drawings in line with Tusker’s stainless steel modular systems.





The role involves collaborating with the sales team, production, and installation teams to ensure design feasibility, cost efficiency, and timely project execution. The Interiors – Designer / Consultant will also visit sites for measurements, oversee implementation quality, and maintain strong client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply Space Planning and Interior Design skills to create functional, aesthetic, and hygienic kitchen and interior layouts.
- Understanding of Architecture principles and Construction Drawings for coordinating with manufacturing and installation teams.
- Experience in FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection aligned with brand standards, material performance, and client preferences.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools).
- Strong visualization, presentation, and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work in office with cross-functional teams, and meet timelines with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in modular kitchens, residential interiors, or premium home solutions is an advantage.
