Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in South Delhi.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing mood boards, and translating client requirements into detailed space plans. Day-to-day tasks include creating and reviewing construction drawings, coordinating with architects and contractors, and selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) that align with the design vision and budget. The role also involves client presentations, site visits for quality checks, and collaboration with the broader design team to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.

The Interior

Designer will contribute to both residential and commercial projects,



maintaining consistency in design standards and documentation.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to develop functional, aesthetic layouts for diverse project types.
- Understanding of Architecture principles and spatial relationships to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Ability to prepare and interpret Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, sections, and elevations for in office execution.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination, ensuring alignment with design concepts and project budgets.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Strong skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, vendors, and contractors on-site.
- Prior experience in an interior design or architecture studio is preferred, especially with high-end residential or commercial projects.
