Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru, with a compensation of up to 6 LPA.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, planning functional spaces, and preparing detailed drawings and presentations for residential and commercial projects. Daily tasks include client consultations, site visits, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and selecting finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. The role also involves ensuring designs align with budget and timelines, overseeing implementation quality, and maintaining documentation throughout the project lifecycle.





Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying updated on design trends and materials will be essential.

Qualifications

- Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional and aesthetically appealing layouts.
- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including the ability to read, interpret, and prepare technical plans.
- Experience with FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and coordination with suppliers.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) and presentation tools.
- Attention to detail, strong visual and spatial awareness, and an understanding of materials, finishes, and building codes.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, project teams, and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in office as needed during project execution.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential or commercial interiors is an advantage.
