Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site in Khairatabad in a full-time capacity, collaborating with clients and project teams to develop interior concepts and detailed designs. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing layout plans, mood boards, and 3D visuals, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The role involves creating construction drawings, liaising with contractors and vendors, conducting site visits, and monitoring progress to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.

The Interior

Designer will also participate in client meetings, present design proposals,



and support project documentation and budgeting as required.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to develop efficient, aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to translate concepts into clear, buildable documentation.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; and material selection skills to curate furniture, finishes, and fixtures aligned with project requirements.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Solid visualization, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience managing timelines, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and handling multiple projects is an advantage.
- Prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects in Hyderabad or similar markets is beneficial.
