1. 3D Visualisation Coordination

- Coordinate with visualisers to ensure that 3D renders accurately represent the approved design intent.
- Review visual outputs for consistency in materials, furniture, finishes, lighting, and spatial planning.
- Communicate required corrections and track revisions.

- Visit project sites at key stages to observe execution progress and design implementation.
- Identify and report deviations from approved drawings, specifications, and design intent to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with the relevant internal teams to resolve design-related execution queries.
- Support quality checks and maintain alignment between approved designs and on-site execution.

1. Team Collaboration

- Guide junior designers on assigned execution tasks and day-to-day deliverables.
- Coordinate effectively with project managers, visualisers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain clear communication, timely reporting, and accountability for assigned responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional experience in interior design, particularly design execution and documentation.
- A degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- Good understanding of space planning, furniture layouts, materials, finishes, and interior detailing.
- Ability to prepare accurate and detailed design drawings and specifications.
- Working knowledge of relevant design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other visualisation tools.
- Robust visual sensibility, attention to detail, and an understanding of design quality.
- Good coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to interpret design briefs and work within an established design direction.
- A systematic approach to planning, reporting, and completing assigned tasks.

What We Are Looking For The right candidate is someone who:
- Takes ownership of assigned tasks and follows through on commitments.
