Job Summary

Goldmine Project Consultant Services LLP is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, sound technical knowledge, and practical understanding of interior design and site coordination.

You will contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, corporate, commercial, hospitality, retail, healthcare, and institutional sectors, transforming design concepts into functional, aesthetically appealing, and well-executed spaces.

Responsibilities

- Develop creative and practical interior design concepts and space plans.

- Prepare detailed working drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and furniture details.

- Create 3D models, visualisations, and design presentations using Autocad, ArchiCAD and Twinmotion.

- Assist in selecting materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other interior elements.

- Coordinate with senior designers, project managers, consultants, vendors, and site teams.

- Conduct site visits, take accurate measurements,



and ensure alignment with approved drawings and design specifications.

- Resolve design-related queries during execution and support smooth project coordination.

- Ensure timely delivery of drawings, presentations, and other design deliverables.

- Stay updated on the latest design trends, innovative materials, and industry technologies.

Skills Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or an equivalent qualification.

- 35 years of relevant experience in interior design.

- Proficiency in Autocad, ArchiCAD and Twinmotion.

- Valuable understanding of space planning, technical drawings, construction detailing, materials, and finishes.

- Strong creative, visualisation, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication, coordination, and time-management abilities.

- Ability to work collaboratively and manage assigned responsibilities effectively.

- Willingness to travel across India and internationally for project meetings and site visits, as required.
