Role Description The Interior Designer will work in office in Ludhiana in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to design functional and visually appealing spaces. Daily responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing layouts and mood boards, and coordinating space planning in line with project requirements and budgets.

The role involves producing and reviewing construction drawings, selecting materials and finishes, and curating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) to ensure cohesive design solutions.

The Interior

Designer will conduct site visits, liaise with architects,



contractors, and vendors, and monitor project progress to maintain design quality and timelines. The position also includes presenting design proposals, incorporating feedback, and ensuring that all work aligns with safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional, aesthetic, and user-centered environments.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings to communicate design intent clearly to project stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess expertise in FF&E; selection and coordination, including materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with design concepts and budgets.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and be comfortable with technical documentation.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, client-facing, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage timelines and multiple projects on-site.
- A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is an advantage.
