We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer – BIM to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in interior design, Building Information Modeling (BIM), 3D modeling, and technical drawing preparation.

The candidate will be responsible for developing interior design models, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with other disciplines, and ensuring design accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare 2D layouts, space plans, 3D visualizations, and presentation drawings.
- Create furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color schemes.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design accuracy.




- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.

Requirements

- Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or other relevant design software.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and interior execution.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and space-planning skills.
- Positive communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in residential or commercial interior design is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
