KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design residential, industrial and commercial spaces for ongoing and upcoming projects.
2. Create 3D models and visualisations in SketchUp.
3. Prepare 2D layouts in CAD.
4. Prepare electrical and plumbing drawings.
5. Support project execution, including site visits.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

1. Degree in Interior Design (Diploma considered); minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in a residential and commercial interiors design firm.
2. Communication in English, Marathi and Hindi.
3. Proactive and rapid-paced in design and execution; ready for occasional site visits and travel.
4. Ability to coordinate between design and site teams.
5. SketchUp, CAD and Excel are essential.
