About the Role
Spacenez is building a professional interior design and space planning service for residential apartments, independent homes, offices and commercial spaces.
We are looking for a technically robust interior designer who can convert client requirements and design concepts into accurate, practical, contractor-ready drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit client sites and conduct accurate measurements.
- Prepare existing-condition plans and proposed 2D furniture layouts.
- Create detailed, wall-by-wall interior elevations with precise dimensions.
- Prepare execution drawings for wardrobes, kitchens, cabinetry, partitions, reception counters and other interior elements.
- Produce ceiling, lighting, electrical and relevant service-coordination layouts.
- Prepare material specifications, hardware details and basic bills of quantities.
- Coordinate with contractors and clarify execution drawings.
- Revise drawings according to approved designs and site conditions.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of interior construction and joinery.
- Knowledge of plywood, HDHMR, laminates, PU finishes, hardware and furniture manufacturing.
- Ability to independently create complete execution drawing sets.
- Experience in residential and commercial interiors.
- SketchUp and basic 3D modelling skills are an advantage.
Candidates must share portfolios containing actual 2D working drawings, wall elevations and completed project photographs. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
