Key Responsibilities

- Patient Management: Round on patients, manage ventilation, hemodynamic support, sepsis, and multi-organ dysfunction.
- Procedures: Perform intubation, central line placement, chest tube insertion, and other critical procedures.
- Leadership: Lead a team of nurses, residents, and junior doctors, providing oversight and guidance.
- Communication: Coordinate with specialists and communicate with families regarding prognosis and care plans.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in audits, research, and implementation of ICU clinical protocols.
- Remote Monitoring: Conduct telemedicine-supported care for off-site ICU patients.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: MD/MS/DNB in Internal Medicine, Anesthesia, Pulmonology, or Emergency Medicine.
- Specialization: Fellowship or specialized training in Critical Care Medicine (e.g., IDCCM, IFCCM, DM).
- Certifications: Active ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) certifications.
- Experience: Proven experience in managing complex ICU cases, often requiring 3–5+ years of experience for senior roles.
- Attributes: Solid decision-making, high-stress adaptability, and communication skills.
