Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Life Insurance qualified to drive sales growth, strengthen distribution partnerships, and achieve business targets in Durgapur.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve Life Insurance business targets.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with agency partners and distributors.
- Identify opportunities to expand the business and distribution network.
- Monitor sales performance and support channel productivity.
- Maintain strong business relationships and follow applicable compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 5+ years of Life Insurance experience.
- Experience in the Agency Channel, Partner Channel, or Distributor Channel is mandatory.
- Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and develop long-term business relationships.

Channel Eligibility: Agency, Partner, and Distributor Channel candidates are welcome. Banca Channel experience alone will not be considered.
