Position: Sales Officer – Insurance Sales Employment Type: On-Roll CTC: ₹2.2 LPA to ₹3 LPA Attractive Incentives Job Locations: Chikhali, Pune, Baner, Kondhwa, Navi Peth Job SummaryHDFC Sales is hiring motivated and result-oriented candidates for the position of Sales Officer – Insurance Sales. The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products, generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell life insurance, health insurance, and general insurance products.

Generate leads through customer references, field visits, and other sales activities. Contact prospective customers and explain suitable insurance plans. Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Follow up with customers to convert leads into business. Assist customers with the application and policy documentation process.





Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing. Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance sales guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria Education: Any Graduate / MBA in Finance or Marketing preferred.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on company requirements.
