Installation Manager – Rooftop Solar

Role Summary: Manage rooftop solar installation teams across the city to ensure timely, safe, and quality installations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Site Leads, supervisors, and installation crews.
- Plan daily schedules and allocate teams efficiently.
- Ensure installations meet TAT, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Central Ops for materials and scheduling.
- Track site progress and resolve delays.
- Reduce rework and improve first-time-right installations.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and track KPIs.
- Train teams and monitor performance.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
- 4–8 years of field execution experience; rooftop solar preferred.
- Robust team management and planning skills.
- Knowledge of solar installation, electrical work, and safety.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
