Salary: ₹10,000/month** We’re looking for an experienced Instagram Personal Branding Strategist who understands how to build a robust personal brand, grow an audience, and turn content into authority and business opportunities.

What You’ll Do

- Develop Instagram personal branding strategies for founders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, and creators.
- Build content pillars, content calendars, and growth strategies.
- Research trends, competitors, and audience behaviour.
- Develop engaging Reel concepts, hooks, and content ideas.
- Work closely with copywriters, graphic designers, and video editors.
- Analyse content performance and optimise strategies based on insights.
- Build a consistent brand identity, positioning, and storytelling approach for clients.





What We’re Looking For - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Instagram marketing or personal branding.

- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, Reels, reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Ability to develop strategies independently rather than simply follow instructions.
- Understanding of content psychology, storytelling, and creator-led marketing.
- Experience managing personal brands or creator accounts is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
