We work with corporates for employee gifting, festive gifting, client gifting, promotional merchandise, conferences, events and bulk requirements.

As we expand our corporate gifting business, we are looking for an experienced Senior Inside Specialist who can create opportunities, build relationships with corporate decision-makers and convert prospects into revenue.

THIS IS NOT A TELECALLING JOB

We are not looking for someone whose primary achievement is making 100 calls a day.

We are looking for a sales professional who can take ownership of the complete sales journey:

Lead → Qualification → Requirement → Meeting → Opportunity → Quotation → Follow-up → Order

Your success will be measured by the quality of opportunities created and business generated.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead Conversion

Handle and convert leads generated through:

- LinkedIn
- Digital Marketing
- Website enquiries
- Sales databases
- Referrals
- Existing customers

Understand the customer's requirement, budget, quantity, timeline and decision-making process before progressing the opportunity.

2. Corporate Prospecting

Build your own prospect pipeline by identifying companies with corporate gifting requirements.

Target sectors include

- IT & ITES
- BFSI
- Manufacturing
- Pharma & Healthcare
- Real Estate
- Education
- Consulting
- Start-ups




- Large Corporates

Identify and connect with decision-makers in:

HR | Admin | Procurement | Purchase | Marketing | Finance | Business Heads

3. Opportunity Creation

Convert conversations into genuine business opportunities.

You should be able to identify:

- What products the customer requires
- Expected quantity
- Budget range
- Delivery timeline
- Gifting occasion/calendar
- Decision-makers
- Procurement process
- Potential repeat/annual business

4. Meetings & Sales Coordination

- Schedule qualified meetings with corporate prospects
- Conduct online discussions and coordinate physical meetings where required
- Brief the BDM/Sales team before meetings
- Ensure the requirement is properly understood before handover
- Follow up after meetings and quotations

Quality of meetings is more important than quantity.

5. Follow-up & Conversion

- Maintain systematic follow-up with prospects
- Handle basic objections and commercial discussions
- Coordinate quotations and product requirements
- Track negotiations and decision-making
- Push opportunities towards closure
- Identify repeat and recurring business opportunities

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3+ years of experience in:

- Inside Sales
- B2B Sales
- Corporate Sales
- Business Development
- Telesales with proven sales conversion

Experience in corporate gifting, promotional products, FMCG, consumer products, B2B distribution, printing & branding, office supplies or B2B commerce will be preferred.
