Role Description This is a full time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Bengaluru.

The Inside Sales

Representative will engage with prospective learners, explain program offerings, and guide them through the enrollment process via calls, messaging, and online meetings. The role involves qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.



The representative will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and learner experience, while providing timely, professional support to current and potential customers.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated Inside Sales skills, including consultative selling and closing abilities.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on responsive, empathetic communication.
- Experience in Lead Generation and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.
- Ability to manage relationships through effective Account Management and follow-up.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional Indian languages are an advantage.
- Comfort using CRM software, productivity tools, and online communication platforms.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent experience in sales or education services preferred.
