About The Role

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to sell Newton ERP, our specialized ERP solution for the Construction, EPC, and PEB industries. The role involves managing the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closure through phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads for Newton ERP

- Conduct product demos and presentations via video calls

- Understand client requirements (construction companies, EPC contractors, PEB manufacturers) and map them to Newton ERP capabilities

- Manage the complete sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads till closure

- Coordinate with technical/pre-sales teams for advanced demos or solution discussions

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM

- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

Required Skills Qualifications





- 2-5 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales (SaaS, ERP, or software preferred)

- Experience selling to construction, real estate, manufacturing, or related industries will be an advantage

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong ability to understand customer pain points and position solutions effectively

- Comfortable with virtual selling (phone + video demos)

- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales numbers

- Basic understanding of ERP or business software is preferred
