Designation: Inside Sales Representative Air Freight

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven qualified to support and grow Shipco s Overseas Customer (OC) Program, with a primary focus on Airfreight.

The role will combine customer administration, account management, commercial support, business development, and coordination with global Shipco offices and partners.

Location: Pune, India (On Site)

What You'll Do

- Manage and maintain the Overseas Customer (OC) Directory, ensuring customer information is accurate and up to date.
- Support the customer onboarding and vetting process, including credit reference follow-ups and customer verification.
- Monitor the OC Power BI dashboard to ensure customer activity and business support are accurately captured.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Overseas Customers through regular engagement and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Act as a point of contact for customer queries and escalations, particularly across relevant time zones.
- Promote Shipcos global Airfreight capabilities and identify opportunities to grow business across USA, Asia, Canada, China, and other markets.
- Work closely with Shipco offices and ACG partners to identify and support customer growth opportunities.
- Proactively engage with customers whose business volumes have declined or stopped and develop actions to regain business.
- Maintain customer profiles, meeting notes, business opportunities, and follow-up actions.





What You’ll Need

- A Bachelor’s/Management degree
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good customer relationship management and sales/business development skills
- Negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to confidently interact with international customers and global stakeholders.
- Prior experience in Airfreight / Freight Forwarding will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of pricing/costing tools and Excel
