Role Description This full-time Inside Sales Executive role is an on-site position based in Bhilai.

The Inside Sales

Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and proactively reach out to potential customers to present ERP and related solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, maintaining and updating the sales pipeline, preparing and sharing proposals, and coordinating product demonstrations with the technical team. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries,



providing product information, and following up regularly to convert opportunities into sales.

The Inside Sales

Executive will collaborate with senior sales and marketing teams to meet targets and support overall business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and prospecting through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging prospects and clients professionally.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
- Basic understanding of ERP solutions or software sales is preferred.
- Comfortable working in an on-site environment in Bhilai and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Good organizational, time management, and CRM usage skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is advantageous.
