Key Responsibilities

Connect with potential customers from online leads via calls, emails, and chat.

Understand customer requirements and present product features, perks, and pricing.

Convince prospects to schedule a product demo and handle price negotiations.

Proactively follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion and closure.

Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales progress in CRM.

Work closely with the inside sales team to improve customer engagement strategies.
