Roles and Responsibilities :

- Generate leads through cold calling, telemarketing, and email campaigns to drive business growth.

- Develop robust relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries promptly.

- Identify new sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services to existing customers.

- Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry.

Job Requirements :

- 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or related field.

- Strong communication skills for effective counseling and negotiation over phone calls.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
