We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Supervisor who can independently manage day-to-day injection moulding operations, machine settings, die setting, troubleshooting, manpower and production quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and manage injection moulding machines and ensure smooth production.
- Handle mould/die installation, setting, removal and changeover.
- Set and adjust machine parameters as per mould and material requirements.
- Troubleshoot moulding defects and machine-related production problems.
- Monitor moulding quality and identify defects such as short moulding, flash, sink marks, warpage, colour variation and other rejections.
- Ensure production targets, product quality and rejection control.
- Supervise machine operators and helpers, allocate duties and manage manpower effectively.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to minimise machine downtime.
- Carry out routine machine checks and ensure preventive maintenance is followed.
- Maintain production records, rejection reports, downtime reports and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, material handling and discipline on the production floor.

Candidate Requirements




- Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection moulding.
- Strong practical knowledge of machine operation, process setting, mould/die setting and troubleshooting.
- Ability to identify moulding defects and take corrective action.
- Experience in manpower supervision and production planning.
- Ability to maintain production records and prepare basic reports.
- Responsible, technically sound and capable of independently handling the moulding section.

Educational Qualification: No specific qualification is mandatory. Practical knowledge, technical skills and relevant work experience are the main criteria.
