About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and organized Influencer Marketing Manager to manage influencer and UGC campaigns from ideation to final delivery. You will work closely with creators, clients, and the internal team to ensure smooth execution and high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end influencer and UGC campaigns, from creator research and outreach to execution, content delivery, and reporting.
- Develop creative ideas and campaign briefs based on brand objectives, audience requirements, and current social media trends.
- Manage and coordinate the internal team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate with creators for briefs, content submissions, deadlines, revisions, and campaign requirements.
- Review scripts and content to ensure quality, creativity, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Maintain creator databases, campaign trackers, reports, and ensure smooth day-to-day campaign operations.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media,



or Digital Marketing.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, UGC, and current trends.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work independently in a remote environment.
