We are seeking an experienced Infor Reporting & Analytics Analyst to support report operations, analytics, and business intelligence solutions within the Infor CloudSuite environment. This role is responsible for maintaining reporting platforms, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring reliable reporting services for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Ensure timely scheduling and distribution of business reports.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and support analytics operations.
- Validate data accuracy and optimize reporting performance.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or related functions, including hands-on experience supporting Infor CloudSuite reporting environments.
- Demonstrated experience supporting global organizations or international clients, coupled with solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
Work Schedule & Support Requirements
- Availability to support U.S. Eastern Time business hours, including occasional after-hours support during releases and critical incidents.
- Reliable internet connectivity with backup support is required for remote work.
