Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern will support the team in identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with creators and influencers across multiple categories. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and shortlisting relevant influencers, assisting with outreach and communications, and supporting campaign execution and reporting.

The intern will help coordinate with brands and creators, track deliverables,



and maintain databases and performance reports. The role also involves monitoring social media trends, contributing ideas for campaigns, and supporting events, meetups, and community initiatives run by Biggbell.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and Public Relations skills to manage outreach, follow-ups, and professional interactions with creators, brands, and internal teams.
- Foundational knowledge of Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing, including understanding of platforms, content formats, and engagement metrics.
- Basic Sales and negotiation abilities to support partnership discussions, pitch collaboration ideas, and help close influencer campaigns.
- Interest in the creator economy, digital marketing, and internet culture, with the ability to stay updated on trends and emerging creators.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, community-driven environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools; familiarity with social media analytics or influencer platforms is an advantage.
