Short description:

Job profile involve consulting in industrial engineering, knowledge of industrial engineering techniques, understanding various industry processes & interaction with various industry experts, manpower management, data management, punctuality, etc. direct & indirect area work content measurement & manpower calculation using industrial engineering technique.

Job Requirements:

1. Working on project sites (Involve travelling & staying onsite for data collection)
2. Video shooting / observations
3. Estimation using PMTS technique & analysis using IE techniques
4. Layout & scope understanding
5. Ideas to generate productivity improvement
6. Training to operators / officers on IE technique (Preferable)
7. Positive knowledge of MS office (Excel, word, power point, etc.)
8. Should be relocate in Nagpur/Pune

Key responsibilities:

1. Work content estimation using following technique for direct & indirect areas a. PMTS (MOST,



MODAPTS, MTM, etc) Any one technique must b. Time study c. Work sampling d. Production study
2. Acquainted with following industrial engineering technique a. Line balancing / work distribution (Multi model line) b. Man-machine chart / SWC c. VA, NVA analysis d. Lead time calculation e. Manpower calculation f. Concepts of layout g. Yamazumi chart h. Lean concepts i. World class manufacturing system j. Productivity improvement concepts k. Value Stream mapping

3. Data management
4. Acquainted with other manufacturing techniques (preferred) a. TPM b. SOP / work instructions c. JIT d. Toyota production system e. 7 QC tools f. Six sigma
