We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Indexing Associate to join our operations team. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing, categorizing, indexing, and maintaining documents/data accurately within internal systems. The role requires strong typing skills, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze documents for accurate indexing and categorization.
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems with high accuracy.
- Verify document completeness and ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform document scanning, indexing, and record management activities.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality metrics.
- Identify and escalate data discrepancies or missing information.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve process-related issues.
Required Skills
- Positive typing speed with high accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work rotational/night shifts as per business requirements.
- Ability to learn and follow standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate (preferred).
