Role Overview The HR Systems & Workforce Management Analyst will support business-critical HR and workforce management processes across SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos/UKG, SAP iTop and related applications. The role combines ticket management, employee data administration, system configuration, integration monitoring, payroll sign-off, reporting, access management and time and attendance support. Accuracy, timely execution and effective stakeholder coordination are essential due to the direct impact on payroll and employee experience.
