Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee railway operations at power plants, ensuring efficient logistics and full compliance with safety and operational protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to strengthen rail infrastructure and ensure timely movement of coal, raw materials, and finished products.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance for rail tracks, wagons, and related assets to maintain reliability and operational continuity.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities to uphold compliance and maintain high operational standards.
- Lead and mentor the railway workforce, driving operational efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience & Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of site level experience in power generation or transmission projects
- Demonstrated capability in railway track construction, material handling systems, and hands-on project execution with solid engineering focus.
- Proven ability in project planning, scheduling, enforcing quality standards, and overseeing site execution with emphasis on governance and regulatory compliance.
