Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries.
- Contact existing and new customers to generate sales.
- Explain company products, prices, and offers to customers.
- Follow up with customers for orders and pending enquiries.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts teams for order processing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets given by management.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and distributors.

Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
- Customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and sales-focused approach.
