Role Description The Import Export Executive (EDI) is a full time, in office role located in Gurugram. The role involves managing day-to-day import and export documentation, coordinating EDI processes, and ensuring compliance with customs, shipping, and regulatory requirements.

The individual will handle communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, customers, and internal teams to track shipments, resolve queries, and maintain accurate records. Typical responsibilities include monitoring logistics schedules,



preparing and reviewing invoices and shipping documents, updating internal systems, and supporting timely clearance of goods. The role also requires maintaining service quality standards, addressing customer issues promptly, and contributing to continuous improvement of import-export operations.

Qualifications
