Restaurants don't need another spreadsheet. They need someone who can make the system work for them, and then show them the numbers that matter. That's this job.

Who we areBarometer builds Baro MATS, the inventory and cost-control system used by restaurants, bars, cafés and cloud kitchens across India. We get our clients live on the system, stay with them every month, and turn their stock and sales data into reports their owners actually use.

What you'll do

- Get new clients live. Map their outlets, items, recipes and processes into MATS, and hit the go-live date.
- Run the client calls. Most of our work is virtual: training sessions, weekly check-ins, and sorting out whatever is stuck.
- Keep your accounts on track. Every client has tasks and deadlines. You own them, follow up, and make sure nothing slips.
- Build the reports. Variance, consumption, food and bar cost. You'll use Claude (AI) every day to analyse data and produce reports faster than anyone thinks is possible.
- Find the why. When a number looks off, you dig in, find the cause, and fix the process behind it, not just the number.
- Write it down. Turn what works into SOPs so the next client goes live faster, and pass product feedback to our tech team.





You'll work across full-restaurant clients, bar and liquor clients, and clients who use only our software. You'll fit right in if you

- Have 1–3 years in implementation, customer success, client onboarding, or an analyst or consulting role.
- Think in systems. You like clear rules and step-by-step methods, and you follow a process exactly, every time.
- Are comfortable with data: Excel or Google Sheets (lookups, pivots), and a 5,000-row export doesn't scare you.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients in English and Hindi, on calls and on WhatsApp.
- Already use AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT at work, or can't wait to.

Bonus points

- You've done a similar role at a SaaS company.
- You've worked in food and beverage: a restaurant, hotel, bar or cloud kitchen.
- You've used POS, inventory, ERP or accounting software.

Probably not for you if

- You want a back-office job with no client calls.
- You'd rather wing it than follow a process.
