This role is responsible for delivering high-quality business analysis outcomes as an Analyst within a regulated banking and GenAI platform environment. The role requires strong understanding of Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office banking processes, along with deep expertise in workflow modeling, finite state analysis, and user experience optimization.

Key Responsibilities

· Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office domains.

· Model complex business processes using finite state models, workflow diagrams, and state transition logic.

· Capture end-to-end operational processes, decision flows, and exception handling using enterprise modeling tools.

· Work closely with Enterprise Architects and solution designers to ensure process models align with target architecture.

· Use tools such as Enterprise Architect, Visio, or equivalent to document workflows, process flows, and system interactions.

· Collaborate with end users, operations teams, and business stakeholders to validate workflows and requirements.

· Partner with UI/UX designers to improve usability, accessibility,



and overall user experience of the product.

· Translate workflows and process models into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements.

· Support backlog prioritization, release planning, UAT coordination, and stakeholder sign-offs.

Required Skills & Experience

· Strong understanding of Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office banking operations and business concepts.

· Hands-on experience with finite state machines, workflow analysis, and business process modeling.

· Proficiency with Enterprise Architect, Visio, or similar enterprise process modeling tools.

· Ability to analyze complex operational workflows, including exceptions, controls, and approvals.

· Experience working directly with end users to understand pain points and operational needs.

· Robust collaboration skills with UI/UX designers to enhance usability and user experience.

· Experience translating business processes into Agile user stories and acceptance criteria.

· Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
