### Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced IBDP English Teacher to deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons and develop students’ critical thinking, communication, literary analysis, and academic writing skills in line with the IB curriculum.

### Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver IBDP English lessons aligned with IB curriculum requirements.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Prepare students for IBDP assessments and examinations.
- Guide students with coursework, Internal Assessments, and academic writing.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Use student-centred and inquiry-based teaching approaches.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic support.




- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities and professional development.

### Requirements

- Master’s degree in English / Literature / Education.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in schools.
- IBDP/International Curriculum experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of English Language & Literature.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and organisational skills.
- Ability to use technology effectively in teaching.

### Preferred Skills

- Solid literary analysis and academic writing skills.
- Understanding of IB assessment criteria.
- Ability to mentor and support students academically.
- Collaborative and adaptable approach.
