Role & responsibilities

- Strong experience in IAM integrations and identity lifecycle management.

- Experience with ETL and integration technologies.

- Hands-on experience with job scheduling tools (Control-M, Autosys, Active Batch, or equivalent).

- Experience in system monitoring and observability tools.

- Robust troubleshooting and production support experience.

- Scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, Shell Scripts, or similar technologies.

- Experience working with APIs, REST/SOAP services, JSON, XML, and web services.

- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, and enterprise IAM solutions.

- Working knowledge of SQL and database technologies.

Preferred Skills

- 5-8 Yrs Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or other IAM platforms.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

- ITIL process knowledge and operational support best practices.

- Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- Relevant certifications in IAM, Cloud, ITIL, or Automation are highly desirable.
